  • When is Galaxy Unpacked and launch for the new Galaxy phones and new Galaxy Buds?

    There are two key events for Samsung's new Galaxy smartphones phones and Galaxy Buds, Unpacked and launch, which follow the schedule below.

    • The livestream of the Galaxy Unpacked event will be on 26 February 2026 at 2AM SGT. It's available for anyone to watch on Samsung.com, and you will be among the first to see the latest Galaxy mobile devices joining the Galaxy ecosystem.

    • The official release date of the new Samsung models will be announced during the event.

  • • If you register for the upcoming Unpacked event, you'll receive an invitation to the livestream as well as future Samsung events.

    • You can receive a $38 eVoucher towards your purchase of new Galaxy products during the Pre-order period.

    • If you complete a survey, you'll also be entered into a drawing for Galaxy products.

    • The registration period starts on 11 February 2026 and lasts until 26 February 2026. Participation will not be possible after the Unpacked event. so make sure to apply in time!

    • First, check your Trade-In eligibility to see if your phone qualifies for instant credit toward your new device.

    • Next, when you get ready to switch phones, use our Smart Switch app to transfer your data wirelessly. Move photos, contacts, apps and more from your old device in one go.

    • Finally, send in your old phone. If you signed up for the Trade-In programme, simply return your previous device to Samsung and enjoy your new Galaxy.

  • The benefits when registering for Galaxy Unpacked and the benefits when pre-ordering your new Galaxy device are different, but you can receive and use both!

    • Unpacked registration is open to everyone before product launch, offering benefits for future purchases to those who register. And if you additionally participate in surveys, you'll be entered into a drawing to win Galaxy products.

    • Pre-order means reserving and purchasing Galaxy products, and as a result pre-order customers get benefits specific to the purchased products.

    • When you register for Galaxy Unpacked and then participate in the Pre-order period after the event, you can receive both benefits. Make sure you register by 26 February 2026, 1.59am SGT so you can get the best deals!

  • In the event that you don't immediately receive a text confirming your registration for Galaxy Unpacked for the newest Galaxy S Series and Galaxy Buds, there are steps you can take to check if your registration was completed successfully.

    • Please check the following:
    1. Check email: Most notifications are sent first via email. Also check spam/promotions folders.
    2. Check My Page: Log in to Samsung.com → [My Page] → Event participation history to verify application status.
    3. Re-registration is possible: Multiple applications cause no issues; if your number is already registered, a message will inform you accordingly.

  • The newest Samsung Galaxy S Series and new Galaxy Buds will be available for pre-order immediately after the Unpacked event.

    • Pre-orders will begin on 26 February 2026, 2am SGT.

Terms and Conditions

(1) This Promo is valid from 11 Feb 2026, 7:00 a.m. to 26 Feb 2026, 1:59 a.m. (the “Promo Period”), when you successfully register your interest for the next Samsung Galaxy smartphone at the Samsung Online Store, via the Samsung Shop App or at Samsung Experience Stores only (each, an “Eligible Customer”).

(2) Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to receive:

(i) one (1) e-voucher that entitles him/her to S$38 off any one (1) device across the Galaxy Tab, Watch, Buds ranges, or selected accessories in the same transaction as the pre-order of the next Samsung Galaxy smartphone (each, an “Eco e-voucher”); and

(ii) one (1) “Buy 1 Get 2nd Cup at 50% Off” CHAGEE voucher (each, a “CHAGEE voucher”), subject to these Terms and Conditions.

(3) The CHAGEE vouchers will be limited to the first 100,000 redemptions / claims on a first-come-first-served basis. Once fully redeemed / claimed, the CHAGEE vouchers will no longer be available, even if the Promo Period has not ended.

(4) Each CHAGEE voucher may be claimed / activated in the CHAGEE mobile app within one (1) months from the date such CHAGEE voucher is issued to the Eligible Customer.

(5) Once claimed / activated in the CHAGEE mobile app, each CHAGEE voucher shall be valid for redemption for two (2) weeks from the date of such claim / activation, after which it shall automatically expire.
